BAYADA Home Health Care is on the lookout for a qualified Healthcare Account Manager to take on the responsibilities of Marketing Manager. This role involves cultivating and overseeing relationships with community referral sources to enhance the visibility of BAYADA Home Health Care services and to drive the growth of our Medicare home health operations. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, results-oriented, and adept at forging and nurturing strong, enduring connections.
Service Areas: Monroe, Carbon, Luzerne, Columbia, Montour Counties
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate referrals for home health services by establishing connections with healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, independent living, and assisted living organizations, as well as other community resources.
- Conduct market research; formulate sales strategies, objectives, and plans.
- Engage in sales outreach, assessing the outcomes and effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Support business development efforts and foster robust relationships with both new and existing referral sources.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare sector; experience in Home Health is strongly preferred.
- Formal training in sales techniques.
- Demonstrated capability to create and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of meeting referral targets within the market.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and presentation skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate will possess established healthcare connections and be proficient in networking within the community.
