Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Westminster Communities FL. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.
  • Attend pre-service huddles to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including maintaining proper refrigeration temperatures.
  • Restock and replenish lounge inventory and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a bartender.
  • Excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine and pouring, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Working Conditions

The physical activities of this position involve balancing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, pulling, standing, manual dexterity, pushing, stooping, grasping, lifting, and feeling. The sensory and communicative activities of this position are feeling, smelling, hearing, speaking, seeing, and tasting. An individual in this position will be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, blood-borne pathogens (low risk), physical hazards, and respiratory pathogens.
