Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-oriented Bartenders who are dedicated to providing outstanding service while crafting and serving beverages. As a Bartender at TradeWinds Island Resort, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, fellow employees, and management.
  • Set up the bar in accordance with established standards, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails following the resort's mixing and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all state liquor laws and hotel policies.
  • Respond effectively to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to assist guests.
  • Comply with safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
