Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in planning, directing, organizing, managing, or administering personnel or human resource functions. Relevant education may be considered as a substitute.
- The individual in this role will have access to protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule. It is essential to handle PHI according to HIPAA Privacy Regulations, including the requirements for safeguarding, releasing, and documenting the release of such information. The individual must have received training regarding HIPAA Privacy Regulations as they pertain to this role and must have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with State Personnel Regulations and the SHaRP System
- Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy are required.
- A customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to independently complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
