About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personnel team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Salary Administration: Process payroll and salary information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Time Recording System Management: Manage and maintain the time recording system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the personnel team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Certification Management: Manage employee certifications, licenses, and other documentation.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, training sessions, and other activities.
Requirements:
- Commercial Training: Completed commercial training program.
- HR Experience: Several years of experience in human resources, preferably in payroll and salary administration.
