About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Extension Specialist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lash Extension Services: Apply lash extensions to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Client Consultations: Consult with clients to determine their lash extension needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all Deka Lash retail products and educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License: Must have a current license in cosmetology or esthetics.
  • Lash Extension Certification: Eyelash certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Positive Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and the team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
