Job Opportunity

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a leading provider of comprehensive health services, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments using evidence-based models of treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to establish a comprehensive care plan for clients.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental health evaluation and assessment, with a focus on evidence-based treatment models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, medical providers, and other team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $31.32 (Mental Health Therapist II or III) or salary rate of $71 (Licensed Mental Health Therapist).
