Job Title: Physical Therapist

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gig Harbor, Washington.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust the plan of care as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington
  • Current CPR certification
  • Access to a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license
