Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Admissions

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Pierce County. As a Physical Therapist, you will administer evaluations and therapeutic procedures to clients, maintaining accurate records in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer evaluations and therapeutic procedures to clients
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with State and Federal Regulations
  • Work independently, using initiative, analysis, and interpretation of information from various sources
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association
  • Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
  • Current Washington state driver's license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience
