Mental Health Therapist II

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our medical providers to establish a whole "health home" for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnoses, working closely with patients to set and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide referrals and coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field, with a strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities.
- Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health, with a current TB test and Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
