Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team in Gig Harbor, WA.
As a member of our team, you will provide case management and counseling services to individuals seeking services in our Adult Outpatient Clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical case coordination and therapy for consumers.
- Provide individual, group, family therapy, and education counseling services as required.
- Complete assessments and coordinate treatment planning and services with other program staff, consultants, and relevant agencies.
- Complete paperwork in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in intake and assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric review of cases.
- Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences.
- Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill individuals in the community.
- WA State credential/license.
- Strong computer skills and analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
