ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:- Handling incoming inquiries and making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Efficiently navigating a Windows-based and web-based system to manage routes and optimize schedules—training will be provided.

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Preferred sales experience.- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to obtain necessary pesticide certification (company-sponsored).
- Capability to work independently in the field and engage with clients effectively.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops safely, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- Be willing to work in various weather conditions.
