Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit standards
  • Provide support for the Enterprise ERP System
  • Develop pay practice configurations
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
  • Manage change control processes for requests transitioning to production environments
  • Assist with application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access management
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Collaborate with Clients & Informatics to document business requirements and anticipated outcomes
  • Participate in on-call rotation with team members for critical after-hours issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or implementing Enterprise ERP Suite HR, Payroll, or Finance modules
  • Experience collaborating with both operational and IT-focused clients
  • Proven ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of operational or technical support experience with Workday HCM, Workday Finance, Workday Payroll, or Kronos Dimensions
  • Experience in report building

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $70,200 to $137,800 annually, based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
