Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve appetizers and food items according to recipes and standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of liquor, food supplies, and equipment, and order or requisition supplies as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, using reason and alternative solutions to address guest concerns.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Three to six months related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certifications: Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team environment, manage difficult customer situations, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
