Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota, Florida. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
