Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at HOM Furniture, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing telephone support to assist clients with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules, pickups, and appointments for service technicians.
  • Offering precise information regarding customer accounts and orders while documenting interactions thoroughly.
  • Facilitating modifications to orders and addressing customer requests efficiently.
  • Processing sales transactions and managing payments for customer invoices.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for warranty inquiries and claims.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between customers and our delivery teams, as well as service technicians, to relay information accurately and promptly.
  • Performing additional tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, or you must be in the process of obtaining one.

Experience: A minimum of one year in a customer service role is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The position involves low physical demands, primarily requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
