Join Our Team as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team at JRI Inc. As a Behavioral Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals by providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral interventions to empower caregivers to manage youth's challenging behaviors and promote positive alternatives for success.
  • Work closely with Behavioral Therapists to coach and model interventions, developed from a positive behavioral perspective through a trauma-informed lens.
  • Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to youth who present with difficult and challenging behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, ABA, Autism Disorders, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Counseling, Functional Behavioral Assessment, implementation of behavioral interventions, and data tracking to address mental health needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort with technology, and ability to learn various electronic systems.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver's License.

  • A competitive salary range of $44,000 - $54,000.
