Regional Sales Manager Job Description

Nucor Harris Rebar, a leading steel and steel products company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our distributors and customers in Region 20, which includes Colorado, Wyoming, and Northern Utah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless sales and customer service operations.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a remote position with estimated travel 70-80% of the time. Safety is a top priority at Nucor Harris Rebar, and all candidates must be able to demonstrate a commitment to safety and adhere to our safety policies and procedures.
