Job Summary

The Front Desk Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, booking reservations, and resolving any guest concerns or issues. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration for guests
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
• Answer phone calls and emails, and deliver messages as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
