Job Overview

Genesee Health System (GHS) is a dynamic healthcare provider seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. This role requires expertise in functional behavior assessments, behavioral interventions, and staff training.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted interventions to address challenging behaviors in children and adolescents.
  • Train direct care/technician staff and caregivers on implementation of behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver services in home and community settings or day programs/centers as needed.
  • Oversight of behavioral interventions implemented by direct care or technician staff, including observation and consultation during second and third shifts.
Requirements

This position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensure in the state of Michigan and one year of clinical experience working with children. The ideal candidate must maintain valid licensure and possess a valid Michigan driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a vehicle for work use. Familiarity with DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional is also required.
