**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Behavioral Health Treatment Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to individuals with serious mental illness or emotional disturbances.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Assess physical, functional, and psychological needs of individuals and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes and coordinate psychiatric and medical treatment.
  • Provide referral to community resources and facilitate access to meet the unique needs of each individual.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse or Bachelor Science in Nursing degree.
  • Active State of Michigan RN Licensure.
  • Psychiatric Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License.
