Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavioral plans, and supervising and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools such as AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral plans to address specific needs and goals
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA certification from the BACB (if applicable)
  • LARA License (if applicable)
  • Able to start cases independently and conduct home visits or outreach to clients
  • Must be able to attend meetings remotely at least once a month
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
