About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Attendant Care Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing ongoing support and training to our clients and their families.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and quarterly bonus structure with the potential to earn up to an additional $10,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention, and develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals, collect and analyze data to measure progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Professional Development: Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
