We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at GDS Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Research and generate leads across various markets to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to ask probing questions to understand the client's business and technology issues and consult on solutions that align to their requirements.
  • Passion: Passionate for new business sales/prospecting.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate communicator with strong phone-based presentation skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience of managing a team within a sales environment.
