- Verify patient information, review and/or record medical history, take vital signs, and confirm the purpose of the visit or treatment.
- Support patient care delivery by assisting healthcare providers during examinations, preparing laboratory specimens, and performing basic laboratory tests.
- Educate patients on medication and diet information, answer questions, and complete records by recording patient examination, treatment, and test results.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: American Red Cross CPR or ARMA Certified Medical Assistant required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic laboratory tests and medical procedures.
