Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify patient records for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve documentation issues
Requirements:
  • BS/BSN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois

Compensation:
