Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Position Type: Full-time Contract.
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Frederick, MD.

As a Junior Process Engineer, you will:
Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven individual with a background in biotechnology to contribute to groundbreaking T-Cell therapies aimed at cancer treatment. As part of the Operations and Compliance Support team, you will collaborate with a group of professionals dedicated to investigating and resolving quality events that arise during the manufacturing processes of our engineered T-Cell therapy products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete necessary training to uphold technical skills, knowledge, and adherence to cGMP standards.
- Initiate quality documentation within the Veeva Quality Management System (QMS).
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA).
- Compile investigation findings into clear and comprehensive technical reports.
- Work alongside stakeholders to formulate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Oversee investigation timelines to ensure compliance metrics are met.
- Provide timely updates on progress to internal stakeholders as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or
- Associate degree in the same fields with at least 6 years of relevant experience; or
- High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience in the aforementioned fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in technical writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experienced in root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with cell culture or aseptic processing.
- Knowledge of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing.
