Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful applicant will be a meticulous team contributor with a background in managing intricate technical initiatives. This role involves overseeing the configuration of the platform, which includes data transformation, UI/UX design, process automation, and establishing security and visibility protocols. Holding existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrating proficiency through Trailhead is highly regarded. The candidate is expected to be present in the office regularly, fostering collaboration within a close-knit team under the guidance of a team lead on various client projects across multiple sectors and Salesforce solutions.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

The remuneration for this position consists of three components:

  • Base Salary
  • Utilization Bonus based on billable hours (paid quarterly)
  • Variable Bonus (monthly) tied to delivery quality and project contribution

These elements collectively result in a total compensation range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain organized notes and documentation to ensure project success
  • Provide consistent updates regarding the status of assigned tasks to project team members
  • Identify and address potential risks proactively
  • Engage in hands-on Salesforce configuration with assistance from technical leads
  • Implement basic change management and training materials (e.g., client training videos, tip sheets, regression test scripts)
  • This role may involve occasional local travel based on project requirements, so candidates should be flexible and willing to accommodate travel needs.
