Job Description:
The Office Support Specialist I will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing consumer needs. This role will also involve managing consumer information, data tracking, and correspondence. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling office space, interview rooms, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply laws, rules, policies, and procedures governing assigned unit activities
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of standard electronic filing systems and records
- Ability to think creatively and analytically, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
