Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HANWHA AEROSPACE USA LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our aerospace products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
  • Manage quality planning, NPI, and FAI processes to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant aerospace experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and statistical process control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
