Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Produce Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce offerings, while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including receiving and stocking merchandise in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of produce by inspecting and rotating stock, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and inventory goals, and to improve processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including seasonal offerings, promotions, and new products.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a produce or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
