About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services in Newington, CT. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate material disposition of non-conforming products
  • Perform inspections of materials
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Operate CMM to inspect products
  • Follow up on quality problems

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in quality control in manufacturing, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in quality control in manufacturing
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings (GD&T)
  • Experience with measurement equipment
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
