Foot and Ankle Medical Device Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foot & Ankle Medical Device Sales Associate to join our team in Kansas City West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development of our Foot & Ankle HCP customer base in the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in our Foot & Ankle portfolio, including new products and competitive offerings.
- Spearhead the selling of our Foot & Ankle product portfolio to new accounts and increase sales with existing customers.
- Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff on the proper use of our Foot & Ankle portfolio.
- Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a high level of technical acumen and in a hospital environment.
- Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment and travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- A minimum of 3 years of selling, account management or related experience.
- Podiatry experience preferred.
