Foot and Ankle Medical Device Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foot and Ankle Medical Device Sales Associate to join our team in Kansas City West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development of our Foot and Ankle HCP customer base in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain expertise of our Foot and Ankle portfolio, including all new products and competitive offerings.
- Spearhead the selling of our Foot and Ankle product portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
- Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff on the proper use of our Foot and Ankle products.
- Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
- Provide support to Foot and Ankle surgeons/DPMs and OR personnel during surgical cases, as required.
- Perform Foot and Ankle field calls for assigned accounts and territory, including on-call and operating/emergency room consultation as needed.
- Collaborate with Trauma partners to effectively grow and develop Foot and Ankle business within specific geographies.
- Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition and use them to support territory efforts consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
- Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas through proper use of approved resources.
- Complete required administrative and other duties as assigned accurately and promptly.
- Accurately invoice customers for products.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
- 4 Years of related experience such as Foot and Ankle, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics.
- Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
- The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a high level of technical acumen and in a hospital environment.
- Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have excellent relationship building skills.
- Internal and external customer focus.
- The ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Ability to work in matrix and team structure.
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation, to include a review of your driving record history.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
- High level of attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of health and welfare benefits and/or other benefits.
