Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies, generate reports, and create design documents to support plans and specifications for civil and water resource initiatives.
  • Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models.
  • Perform engineering analyses and calculations.
  • Draft outlines of engineering services, define scopes of work, and establish associated budgets.
  • Formulate solutions for diverse Water Resource projects.
  • Execute project management tasks.
  • Facilitate client interactions and communications.

Our team engages in a wide array of stimulating projects, including water quality practices, flood storage systems, lake outlet designs, stream restoration efforts, agricultural drainage solutions, stormwater resilience planning, and various other endeavors within the realm of Water Resources Engineering.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering.
  • Possession of a Minnesota Professional Engineer license or the ability to secure the license within a specified timeframe.
  • Fundamental understanding of water resources and relevant regulations in Minnesota.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Positive demeanor under pressure, strong teamwork skills, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing with availability for occasional travel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States permanently without the need for sponsorship.
