About This Opportunity

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to play a critical role in managing and executing corporate projects. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to drive projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is an onsite role in a dynamic and growing work environment where you are empowered to make decisions and share in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of corporate projects, including R&D initiatives, ERP system implementation, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and other materials to support growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems implementation and R&D project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives at one time and delegate tasks.
