Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist for our client in the Manufacturing space. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a broad range of human resources, training, recruiting, and HRMS functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring for positions ranging from professional level to manufacturing roles within the company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to ensure their experience matches job-related requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal customer service.
- Utilize data from various sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee and leadership corrective actions.
- Work proactively with leaders to develop and enhance engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations.
- Demonstrated record of implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
