About the Role

Orora Packaging Solutions is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, and delivering customized packaging solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow sales and profitability within accounts
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and research
  • Understand complex customer requirements and prepare customized quotes
  • Negotiate pricing and value-added services with customers
  • Make manufacturing decisions on orders, including scheduling, shipping, and design
  • Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting successful sales activities and trends
  • Manage orders to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college, with continuing education and/or training preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/customer service environment
  • Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
