Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business management, or a related discipline required. SHRM, HRCI, or related professional credentials are a bonus.
  • 10+ years' progressive experience in HR management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; analysis and modeling expertise. Experience using an HRIS/ERP solution; familiarity with market pricing tools (ERI, Marketpay, Payfactors, etc.); strong data orientation, demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Broad knowledge of applicable labor and employment laws and compliance best practices, including the administration of effective employee policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, succession, talent development, and compensation and benefits.
