JOB SUMMARY:
This role is integral to our operations, responsible for managing phone communications, scheduling patient appointments, welcoming patients upon arrival, and collecting essential personal and insurance information. You will enter patient appointments, demographic details, and billing data into our office management system. The position includes check-in and check-out responsibilities, assisting with various office tasks as needed. Additionally, you will prepare referrals for HMO patients, collect payments for services, and maintain accurate end-of-day deposit records. This role also supports clinical services and may involve performing basic health screenings, contingent upon documented competencies.
