Job Summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable for our operating properties, including reviewing and entering invoices, and printing and mailing checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable for operating properties
  • Enter and process invoices in our accounting system
  • Ensure all invoices have proper approval for payment
  • Print checks and verify accuracy
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of A/P experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
