Job Summary

PDS Tech is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components to parts at floor stations, identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels, and repairing as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble electronic components to parts at floor stations, ensuring high-quality products are produced.
  • Quality Control: Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including assembly and testing data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Certifications: May be required to meet certain certifications in the field.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

  • Paid Leave: Paid Sick Leave and Holiday pay where applicable.
