Join Our Team as an Assembly Technician
Staffmark Group is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing organization, and we are looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to enhance our workforce.
This is a temp-to-hire position that offers a valuable opportunity to launch your career in the manufacturing sector.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in wiring and soldering techniques
- A minimum of 1 year experience in electronic assembly
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints
Work Schedule:
Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience. The working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to operate between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Technician, you will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain high-quality standards for our products.
Your duties will include:
- Assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical components.
- Utilizing hand, powered, and pneumatic tools safely.
- Soldering wires to PCB boards.
- Accurately assembling wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies.
- Lifting up to 70 pounds as required.
- Wearing steel-toe shoes or boots as a safety measure.
