Staffmark Group is collaborating with a leading manufacturing firm, and we are in search of an Assembly Technician to become a vital part of their workforce.

This position offers a temp-to-hire pathway, providing an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the manufacturing sector.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in wiring and soldering techniques
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in electronic assembly
  • Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints

Work Schedule:

Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour based on experience, with a work schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, including flexibility to work between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

As an Assembly Technician, you will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain high-quality standards for products. Your duties will include:

  • Assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical components.
  • Utilizing hand, powered, and pneumatic tools safely.
  • Soldering wiring to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Accurately assembling wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 70 pounds as required.

It is essential to wear steel-toe shoes or boots while on the job.
