Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead our team in developing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Applications at Juniper Networks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
  • Capture requirements, analyze, craft and configure applications to meet business requirements, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
  • Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
  • Improve and provide production support of Core HCM, Recruiting, ESS, MSS, and Compensation modules.
  • Configure new requirements.
  • Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new and improve existing features aligned with the organization's long-term strategy.
  • Provide user support during project phases and ensure effective handoff to IT support teams.
  • Support and manage Time and Labor, Talent management, and compensation modules in Oracle HCM.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as Techno-Functional in Oracle HCM Cloud application.
  • Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, and Fast Formulas.
  • Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, and Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Strong database experience in SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle DB.
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and be self-directed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM application, specifically in Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
  • Lead projects independently by working closely with executive leadership and business leads.
Benefits:

The total compensation package for this position includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors.
