Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fellowship Physician Assistant Critical Care to join our team. As a member of our critical care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits program, which includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

About the Position:
This 12-month fellowship program provides postgraduate training for physician assistants and acute care nurse practitioners interested in a career as a Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP). The program includes clinical rotations through Penn State Health's adult Critical Care Units, as well as didactic sessions and hands-on training in our high-fidelity simulation lab.

Responsibilities:
• Work an average of 40 hours per week clinically
• Complete learning activities approximately 10-12 hours per week
• Participate in didactic sessions and case conferences
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program
• National board certification required for both NPs and PAs prior to the start of the fellowship program
• Current BLS Certification
• Ability to dedicate up to 50 hours a week to fellowship training
