**Job Overview**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will work closely with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of critically ill newborns.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in rounds, meetings, and educational programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in neonatal care.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification in Pennsylvania or another state with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU.
