Job Details

We are seeking a part-time Nursery Associate to join our team at our retail store in Palo Alto, California. As a Nursery Associate, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience for each of our customers. Your enthusiasm for gardening will help us create an inviting atmosphere that makes shopping fun.

You will provide outstanding customer service to all who come in, directing them to what they need to make their gardens a success. You will also take care of general retail tasks, such as stocking material, watering plants, answering phones, and keeping the area clean. Ensuring that everyone feels at home when in our center, you will actively reach out to customers, answer questions, and offer to carry out their purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Direct customers to what they need to make their gardens a success
  • Take care of general retail tasks, such as stocking material, watering plants, answering phones, and keeping the area clean

Requirements
  • Ability to lift 20+ pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
