Lead Clinical Nurse in Mercy's Med Surg Department

We are offering a competitive Sign-On Bonus of up to $20,000 based on experience and shift selection.

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by competent colleagues. They are responsible for optimizing resource utilization to meet productivity and financial objectives.

  • Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and colleagues to enhance communication and streamline processes.
  • Proactively address patient flow and bed management challenges in partnership with the Staffing Office.
  • Experienced nurses in select departments can receive a Sign-On Bonus of up to $20,000.
  • Relocation Assistance of up to $7,000 is available with a 12-month commitment.
  • New graduate nurses may qualify for up to $20,000 in Loan Forgiveness.
  • Enjoy annual Tuition Reimbursement of $2,000.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
  • Current RN license.
Certifications
