About the Role:

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing the inpatient Care Management departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, safety, and financial components. This role will facilitate the integration of a seamless care model, coordinate patient throughput, and collaborate with facilities to optimize performance and adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing, required
  • Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing, preferred
  • RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of practice, required
  • 2 years of clinical experience in case management or related field, required
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required
